Refund policy

At Alena Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions:

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original intact packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days after the delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (€20.5).
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

No return may be sent to any address that has not been previously provided by Alena Paris. Any parcel returned without authorization or to an address not communicated by us will not be eligible for any refund.

If an order benefited from free shipping, we reserve the right to charge back the initial shipping costs if the parcel is returned.

Return procedure:

- Contact our customer service at support@alenaparis.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- A return label or return address will be provided to you.
- Once the parcel has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Non-refundable products:

- Used, damaged, or incomplete products.
- Items purchased as part of a bundle if one of the elements is missing.
- Gift cards.

Product wear time and results:

- The advertised wear time of our products is based on internal tests carried out under optimal conditions of use. However, results may vary depending on many factors (nail preparation, application method, environment, daily habits, etc.).
- Consequently, Alena Paris cannot be held responsible for insufficient product wear time, as this depends entirely on how the customer uses and applies the product.
